FLEX Cards

The Convenient way to Top Up your Digicel prepaid credit!
FLEXcards are readily available all around the country from a wide variety of retail outlets, including Digicel stores, supermarkets and gas stations throughout Suriname. FLEXcards are available in the following values: SRD10, SRD 25, SRD 50 and SRD 100.

Follow these 3 simple steps to top up:
  • Type *121*vouchernumber#
  • Press SEND
  • CHECK the screen on your phone for the confirmation message


Direct Top Up

Direct Top Up is the voucher-less method of adding credit to your prepaid account.
  1. Simply visit any of Digicel's retail or dealer stores in Suriname.
  2. Pay the dealer the value of your desired amount from SRD2,50 upward to SRD250.
  3. Have the dealer send Top Up direct to your Digicel phone from his terminal.
  4. Check your account before leaving the dealer store by dialing *120# SEND.

FLEX E Voucher

The Convenient way to Top Up your Digicel prepaid credit without scratching!
Flex E Vouchers are generated by a terminal and vouchers are printed at the Point of Sale. The Top-Up steps are the same as that for FLEX Cards.
Flex E Vouchers are available in the following values: SRD 5, SRD 10, SRD 25, SRD 50 and SRD 100.

  • CHECK the screen on your phone for the confirmation message

EasyFLEX

EasyFLEX, the phone to phone credit transfer is the quick and convenient way of purchasing credit from vendor stalls or small shops throughout the country.
  1. Pay the EasyFLEX agent the value of your desired amount from SRD2,50 upward to SRD250.
  2. The EasyFLEX agent will send your top up amount direct to your phone via SMS (text message).
  3. Check your account balance before leaving by dialing *120# SEND.


Top U Up

This is an innovative method of topping up either your own or another’s subscriber’s prepaid account. Digicel postpaid subscribers may top up any Digicel prepaid account. However, they will not be able to use this method to top up their own postpaid accounts.

Steps on how to use the Top U Up service
  1. Dial *125*597, the 7 digit Digicel number you want to add credit to, # and send.
  2. Then follow the instructions on the back of the FLEXcard but replace *121* with *125*
    Example: Dial from your mobile phone: *125* the voucher number # SEND.
  3. You and the person you are toping up will receive notification that the credit has been added to the account.

If you are roaming and your account needs top up, anyone in Suriname can use this method to top up your account.

Please remember that you have a 30 days in which to top-up your Digicel Flex (prepaid) account after the expiration of each FLEXcard or FLEX E voucher.  If you fail to do this, your account will be deactivated. You will be able to receive calls but will need to top-up in order to make a call. If your account remains dormant for an additional 30 days, your account will automatically be terminated which means you will have to purchase a new SIM card and a new number will be provisioned.

Ezetop

This is an Online Top Up service provided through a third party partner - Ezetop Ltd. This servoce wll allow persons to purchase credit for any Surinam Digicel prepaid account online. Just simply go to http://www.ezetop.com/, register and sen credit to any Digicel Surinam Prepaid Number.
