BALANCE ENQUIRY
Check your current balance with the postpaid balance enquiry. Dial *120# for free enquiry of your current balance and credit limit.

VOICEMAIL
You have automatic access to your voicemail box. No extra costs are charged for access to your mailbox and to listen to your messages.

ROLL-OVER MINUTES
Remaining minutes from your bundle are transferred to the following month (so called roll-over minutes). In the new month, the new minutes are first used followed by the roll-over minutes. Roll-over minutes are one month valid.

ROAMING
With Digicel roaming you are able to use your Digicel mobile number outside Suriname. Very convenient if you are a frequent traveler and want to stay in contact with your business relations. Visit our website for an up-to-date GSM and GPRS roaming list. A request is required to activate roaming. Please contact your Account Manager.

HOW ARE ROAMING CALLS CALCULATED?
All your incoming and outgoing calls during roaming are charged to your account. Charges are calculated per minute. The roaming costs do not necessarily appear on your account in the month in which these costs are made. These costs appear in your account under “Roaming Costs”. For data roaming you are charged per kb and the tariffs differ per country. Call 100 for an overview.

HOW CAN I GET A POSTPAID SUBSCRIPTION FOR MY BUSINESS?
To sign up for a postpaid plan you need a copy of your KKF (Chamber of Trade & Commerce) excerpt and a copy of your ID. You will also sign a postpaid contract with additional postpaid terms and conditions.

MONTHLY BILL (by postal service or E-mail/SMS notification)
At the beginning of every month you will receive the bill of the last month with the charges made in that particular month. You will receive an SMS and an e-mail notification at your registered email address or you can choose to receive the bill per postal service at your registered postal address. You can view your bill online at our website www.digicelsuriname.com
