How Do I Find Out The Balance of My Account?

To check the balance of your Digicel Prepaid or Postpaid account at any time, please:
1. Type *120# into the phone
2. Press Send
3. After you type the information, check the screen on your phone - the confirmation message with your balance will be displayed.

What if I Don't Use My Whole Balance?

With your Digicel POSTPAID account, your credit limit depends on the package you have chosen. If you reach your credit limit you can still receive calls. When your bill is paid your credit limit starts again from zero.

How Do I Activate my Phone?

If you choose the Digicel PREPAID product, all you have to do is simply make a call to activate your account. For Digicel Postpaid, the minute you leave the Dealer store your account is active. It's as easy as that!  

How Do I Top-Up my Digicel Prepaid Phone?

1. Type *121*voucher number# into the phone
2. Press Send
3. After you type the information, check the screen on your phone - the confirmation message with your balance will be displayed

Why would my Account be Deactivated?

If you have a Digicel Prepaid account you have not used your phone in 30 days you will be set in a de-active mode. This means that you can receive calls however, you cannot make calls except those to emergency numbers.

How Much Does it Cost to Make and Receive Calls?
